ERC Service Partner Affiliate Application

The Entrepreneurial Resource Center (ERC) Affiliate program is looking for organizations for the purpose of small business training and entrepreneurial enhancement programs and resources!

The ERC may support your programs’ efforts with space for training or operations (where available), marketing support, client registration and tracking, and operational funding. If you or an organization you work with currently support small business initiatives and would be interested in becoming an affiliate partner, please submit your proposal

What is an ERC Affiliate?

An ERC affiliate is a non-CSUSB affiliated organization (either nonprofit or for-profit) that as part of its mission provides programs/services that support the development of small businesses and entrepreneurs.

What are we looking for in ERC Affiliates?

Organizations that provide unique training programs or business assistance services that address a specific need in supporting small business. Ideal affiliates have experience delivering technical assistance programs to small businesses, with a track record of excellence and impact.

What do we expect from ERC Affiliates?

  • Overall investment of time and resources to achieve the goals of the programs/services delivered
  • Close coordination with the ERC Program Manager
  • Marketing and promotion of the program services
  • Delivery of program services
  • Achievement of documented milestones
  • Reporting of milestones and success stories

What support can ERC Affiliates expect from us? If desired and requested:

  • Logistics support - event/training/client registration
  • Marketing support - promotion and outreach
  • Space for training or operations (based on availability and need)
  • Operational funding (based on availability and need)

ERC Service Affiliate Application

Your Contact Information:

Proposed Program Narrative.

Please include the following aspects within your proposed program narrative:

  • Specifically, how would your program offering align with the goals of the ERC?
  • What problem will it solve, or what need will it meet?
  • Describe clients that will be served – who are they? How many will you serve?
  • Include projected milestones, economic impact, and how the activity will be tracked and reported, including the tracking system used.

Marketing/Outreach Plan.

Please include the following aspects within your marketing and outreach pan:

  • What is your current primary demographic that you serve?
  • What is your greatest area of reach within the Inland Empire region?
  • What would be your proposed marketing/ outreach plan in partnership with the ERC?

Service Delivery Details.

Please include the following aspects detailing service delivery and management team details:

  • Please submit a schedule of service delivery for a one-year period.
  • Inclue your management team and any key partnerships you have that will support the program.
  • Detail your reporting and financial management system.
  • Specify the ERC location and space needs – office, conference room/training, etc.
